Terms & Conditions

Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between Heyfootball Pte. Ltd., trading as F17 Football Academy (“F17”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and the parent, legal guardian, adult participant, buyer or account holder using an F17 form, website, checkout, programme, event or MyF17 service (“you”). The child or adult taking part in an F17 activity is the “Player” or “Participant”.

You accept these terms when you tick the acceptance box, sign electronically, submit a registration or booking, make payment, use MyF17, or permit the Participant to attend an F17 activity after being given access to these terms. If the Participant is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you are otherwise legally authorised to accept these terms for them.

A submitted form is an application or request and does not by itself guarantee a place, schedule, team, venue, promotion, kit size or programme. Acceptance remains subject to payment where required, eligibility, capacity, assessment, safety considerations and confirmation by F17.

Specific written terms shown for a promotion, competition, tournament, overseas trip, birthday party, store item or other special service supplement these general terms. Where a specific term directly conflicts with a general term, the specific term applies only to that transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

1

Fees

All members must have an active training package and complete the applicable new-player starter package.

Training packages

Recreational is available only in consecutive 3-month and 6-month packages; no monthly Recreational package is offered. Development and Youth retain their listed package options.

New-player starter packages

Recreational Programme — S$100

• Calendar-year insurance coverage — S$25
• F17 kit — S$75: jersey S$50, shorts S$15 and socks S$10

Development Programme — S$200

• Development Programme onboarding and assessment — S$100
• Calendar-year insurance coverage — S$25
• F17 kit — S$75: jersey S$50, shorts S$15 and socks S$10

Youth Programme — S$100

• Calendar-year insurance coverage — S$25
• F17 kit — S$75: jersey S$50, shorts S$15 and socks S$10

The Koach App is a separate platform from the F17 Member Portal and supports structured player development beyond regular group training. Coaches can create and monitor Individual Action Plans (IAP), record performance observations, provide personalised feedback and track technical, tactical, physical and behavioural progress. When an existing player changes into the Development Programme, a one-time S$100 Koach App fee is charged separately unless that fee was already paid for the player. The fee is not charged again on later renewals or frequency changes.

F17 kit sizing: During signup, the parent or guardian may choose the player’s preferred jersey, shorts and socks sizes or indicate that size guidance is required. F17 staff will guide the family, check the fit and confirm the final sizes before the kit is issued. The preferred size submitted online is not a guarantee of final fit or stock availability.

The starter-package fee is charged only for a new signup and is added in addition to the selected training package. Existing members renewing a package are not charged the new-player starter package again. Each player may have only one active F17 programme at a time. A parent or player may choose an available weekly training frequency and package, but F17 administration decides and assigns the programme. Programme placement and any move to Recreational, Development, Youth or another available programme remain subject to age eligibility, assessment, player progress, coach approval and available capacity.

Weekly scheduling: programmes with multiple available sessions may allow selection in MyF17 according to package frequency and capacity. Youth uses its fixed Saturday programme schedule. A 1× weekly package permits one regular attendance in each Monday-to-Sunday week; a 2× weekly package permits two. After that allowance is used, another regular attendance in the same week is not permitted unless an approved make-up entitlement applies. Unused weekly attendance is not transferable, shareable or carried forward.

Development Programme — By Selection Only

The Development Programme is a selective pathway for ages 7–12 intended to prepare suitable players for competitive leagues and tournaments locally and internationally. It is not available as a guaranteed or self-selected programme placement.

A player may enter Development through either (a) selection by the Head Coach based on the player’s performance and development, or (b) an invitation to attend a Development Programme assessment after the player’s initial F17 trial. Attendance at a trial or Development assessment does not guarantee admission. Before offering a place, the Head Coach may consider the player’s current ability, readiness, attitude, development needs, suitability, team requirements and available capacity.

For beginners, F17 recommends the Recreational Programme for ages 4–12 and the Youth Programme for ages 13–17. These pathways develop fundamental skills, confidence, fitness and understanding of the game. An age-eligible player who later demonstrates readiness may be invited to Development or selected by the Head Coach.

Three-month and six-month packages must be used in consecutive months. For example, a three-month package beginning in February expires at the end of April.

Pause Training — Existing Package

Where a player still has an existing package with unused coverage and the family wants to stop training temporarily rather than withdraw permanently, the parent may submit a Pause Training request through MyF17.

• Effective 1 October 2026: a pause cannot be backdated or applied to the current month.
• A request submitted on or before the 23rd may begin from the first day of the following month. A request submitted from the 24th onward may begin from the first day of the month after next.
• The portal shows only eligible complete calendar months. The parent selects the intended pause month and return month.
• A pause is not automatic and is subject to F17 approval.
• The current month remains active and usable. No refund, credit or package extension is provided for the current month.
• Once approved, the player is treated as paused for training during the approved period and should not be counted as actively attending scheduled training during those paused months.
• The player cannot attend scheduled training or request make-up training during the approved pause period.
• The existing package expiry is extended by the same approved number of paused months, preserving the unused package coverage rather than forfeiting it.
• Training resumes from the approved return month, subject to the player’s then-current programme, timetable, venue and operational arrangements.
• MyF17 account access may remain available while training is paused.

Pause Training preserves unused package time; it is not a cash refund, package transfer or cancellation of the remaining package. A permanent withdrawal is a separate request. If the package will expire before the selected return month, the separate S$50 protected-break option in Section 10 may apply.

New signup fees are due at checkout. Players may renew a package at any time. Package renewal is due by the 15th of the final covered month unless the invoice states another due date. Every package expires on the last day of its final covered month.

Sibling Discount — Renewals Only

The sibling discount applies only to eligible training-package renewal fees. It does not apply to new-player sign-ups, starter-package fees, kits, insurance, trial fees, programme-change charges, late/reactivation fees or other charges.

• 10% discount: two children qualify together, or an individual renewing player has one qualifying sibling.
• 15% discount: three or more children qualify together, or an individual renewing player has two or more qualifying siblings.

Individual renewal: a sibling counts only when that sibling already has active package coverage for the renewing player’s upcoming period, or that sibling’s renewal for the relevant period has been successfully paid. Draft, unpaid, failed, cancelled or abandoned renewals do not qualify. Individual renewals remain one child per transaction.

Sibling Group Renewal: a parent account with at least two linked children may open this option and select one or more children for renewal. For each selected child, MyF17 checks all siblings under the same parent account for package coverage in that child’s renewed month. A sibling who already has an active or successfully paid package covering that month is counted automatically and does not need to be selected.

• 1 other qualifying sibling: 10% off the selected child’s eligible training-package renewal fee.
• 2 or more other qualifying siblings: 15% off the selected child’s eligible training-package renewal fee.
• No qualifying sibling: no sibling discount applies to that child.

MyF17 counts both (1) siblings who already have paid package coverage for the renewed month and (2) other expiring siblings included in the current Group Renewal payment when their newly purchased package covers that same month. The same sibling is counted only once.

If multiple siblings are expiring and none already has coverage for the next month, at least two of those children must be selected together to create a sibling discount. Two qualifying children paid together receive 10% each; three qualifying children paid together receive 15% each. If only one child is selected and no other sibling covers that renewed month, that child receives no sibling discount.

When multiple children are selected, all selected renewals are combined into one payment transaction and are confirmed only after the entire payment succeeds. Removing a selected child before payment causes the eligibility and discount for every remaining selected child to be recalculated.

If only one child is linked to the parent account, the Sibling Group Renewal option may be shown as unavailable and cannot be used until at least two children are linked.

Promo Codes — Use and Conditions

A valid F17 promo code may be entered in the promo-code field shown during an eligible signup, renewal or other checkout where promo codes are supported. The system validates the code before payment and shows the discount in the payment breakdown when the code is eligible.

• One promo code per transaction: only one promo code may be entered, applied and redeemed in a single transaction.
• No stacking: multiple promo codes cannot be combined. A promo code also cannot be stacked with a sibling renewal discount, Parent Ambassador reward or another renewal discount unless F17 expressly states otherwise. Sibling Group Renewal already uses the sibling discount, so a promo code is not combined with that group transaction.
• Eligibility: each promo code may have its own start date, expiry date, minimum spend, eligible package or programme, usage limit and other stated conditions.
• Expiry: an expired, inactive, fully used or otherwise ineligible code cannot be applied.
• Discount scope: unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a promo-code discount applies only to the eligible fee identified at checkout and does not automatically reduce unrelated charges such as insurance, kit, starter fees, late/reactivation fees or other add-ons.

One discount type per player: MyF17 calculates the automatic sibling discount first. If that player also has an eligible individual promo or Ambassador Code, the parent may compare the two and choose one. The discounts are never combined.

An individual promo or Ambassador Code applies only to that player. If the parent chooses it instead of the automatic sibling discount, that player must be renewed and paid in a separate transaction from siblings using the Group Renewal payment. The individual code does not reduce any sibling’s renewal fee.

If the individual code gives a lower saving than the automatic sibling discount, MyF17 may warn that the sibling discount is better, but the parent may still choose the eligible individual code. If the individual code gives a higher saving, MyF17 may recommend it. Only the selected discount is applied.

Example: if Child A has an eligible 25% Ambassador discount and Child B and Child C qualify for a 15% sibling discount, Child A is renewed separately with the 25% individual discount. Child B and Child C may then be renewed together using the automatic sibling calculation. Once Child A’s separate renewal is successfully paid and covers the relevant month, that paid coverage may count toward the sibling eligibility of Child B and Child C.

If more than one type of discount is available, the final discount and payable amount shown in the relevant checkout breakdown control that transaction.

Joining-month proration: When a player starts after the beginning of a month and eligible training sessions remain before the selected package begins, the prorated training fee uses a standard four-week training month. For a once-weekly programme, the monthly programme fee is divided by 4 and multiplied by the eligible sessions remaining. For a twice-weekly programme, the monthly programme fee is divided by 8 and multiplied by the eligible sessions remaining. If the remaining training equals a complete standard monthly package, no separate prorated fee is added and the joining month becomes the first month of the selected package.

Programme changes: An approved change of programme takes effect on the first day of the upcoming month; the current programme and fee remain unchanged until then. If a paid package continues beyond the effective date, F17 values the unused old package using the actual amount paid divided by its covered calendar months. The new programme is valued for the same remaining calendar months using the selected new plan's equivalent package rate. If the new value is higher, the difference becomes a top-up shown in the player's Outstanding balance and is included with renewal if still unpaid. If the old value is higher, the difference is a non-refundable account credit deducted from the upcoming renewal. No cash refund is provided for this credit.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by F17 in writing, confirmed payments are non-refundable and packages are non-transferable. This does not limit any statutory right or remedy. If F17 cannot provide a paid service and no reasonable replacement can be offered, F17 will provide the credit, rescheduling or refund required by applicable law or expressly agreed with the customer.

Calendar-year insurance coverage

Player insurance is charged at a fixed S$25 for the current calendar year. The fee is not prorated when a player joins mid-year. New-player coverage begins on the joining date and always expires on 31 December. Renewal for the following calendar year is due on 1 January.

2

Payment

The trial fee is S$10. Payment must be completed before attending the scheduled trial session. A reminder email may be sent before the trial.

Submitting the form or paying the trial fee does not guarantee a place until F17 confirms the selected date, venue and availability. Membership training and starter-package fees are shown in the signup summary and must be paid according to the invoice due date. The secure checkout displays the methods available for that transaction, which may include cards, PayNow and supported digital wallets. Where agreed by F17, an administrator may also record bank transfer, cash, card or another manual payment together with the payment date and reference.

Every confirmed payment is added to F17's received-payment records and categorised according to its purpose, such as training package, starter package, insurance, break deposit, store order, trial, league, tournament or another approved fee. The buyer may receive an official receipt or payment-confirmation email after successful verification. An unpaid or abandoned checkout is not a received payment and does not activate membership, break protection, store fulfilment or another paid benefit.

F17 may correct an inaccurate package expiration date or make an authorised paid, complimentary or administrative adjustment. The portal records the previous and new expiration dates, the reason for the change and the administrator responsible. When payment is received, F17 also records the amount, payment method, payment reference, payment date, category and linked invoice or receipt.

F17 Football Academy

Trial Session Release, Waiver & Standard Terms

General Waiver, Release and Acknowledgment

In consideration of Heyfootball Pte. Ltd. (“F17”) permitting the participant (“Participant”) to participate in an F17 Football Academy trial session, football training, assessment, practice or related activity (“Trial”), whether conducted at F17’s usual training venue or any other location, the Participant and, where the Participant is under 18 years of age, the Participant’s parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

The Participant understands and acknowledges that football and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• falls, slips, trips and collisions;
• physical contact with other participants, coaches or equipment;
• muscle strains, sprains, fractures and other bodily injuries;
• weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain and lightning;
• the condition of pitches, training grounds, facilities and equipment; and
• other risks ordinarily associated with football training and sporting activities.

The Participant voluntarily chooses to participate in the Trial and accepts the risks ordinarily associated with such participation.

2. Fitness to Participate

The Participant, or the Participant’s parent or legal guardian where applicable, confirms that the Participant is physically fit and medically able to participate in the Trial and has disclosed to F17 any medical condition, injury, allergy or other relevant condition that may reasonably affect the Participant’s safe participation.

3. Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, the Participant agrees to waive and release F17, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, trainers, contractors, agents, volunteers and representatives (“Representatives”) from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation in the Trial.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

4. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant and, where applicable, the Participant’s parent or legal guardian agree to indemnify and hold harmless F17 and its Representatives against claims, losses, costs or expenses arising from the Participant’s acts, omissions, misconduct, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or breach of these terms.

5. Safety Instructions

The Participant agrees to comply with all reasonable instructions, safety requirements and directions provided by F17 coaches, staff and Representatives.

F17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s involvement in the Trial where F17 reasonably considers that continued participation may create a safety risk to the Participant or others.

6. Emergency Assistance

In the event of an accident, injury or medical emergency, the Participant or parent/legal guardian authorises F17 and its Representatives to take reasonable steps to obtain first aid, medical assistance or emergency services where reasonably necessary.

Any medical or emergency expenses incurred shall remain the responsibility of the Participant or the Participant’s parent/legal guardian, subject to applicable law and insurance coverage.

7. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F17 shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to the Trial, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Parent/Guardian Consent for Participants Under 18

Where the Participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian:

• confirms that they have authority to provide consent for the Participant;
• gives permission for the Participant to participate in the Trial;
• acknowledges the inherent risks associated with football and physical activity; and
• confirms that they have read and understood these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Acknowledgment and Consent

By signing or electronically accepting these terms, I confirm that I have read and understood this Release, Waiver and Standard Terms. I understand the inherent risks associated with participation in football activities and voluntarily consent to the Participant taking part in the F17 Trial Session.

3

Late Payment and Reactivation Fees

• Late renewal: No late fee is charged while the package remains valid. From the first day after expiry, one fixed 5% late fee applies.
• Inactive reactivation: On the 15th day after expiry, an unpaid player becomes Inactive and the 5% fee is replaced by a fixed S$50 reactivation fee; the fees do not stack.
• Approved withdrawal: Both penalty fees are waived when the parent submitted a withdrawal and F17 administration approved it. Package, insurance and other outstanding charges still apply.
• Training fee: F17 may refuse attendance until full settlement is made.
• League fee: F17 may bench a member until full settlement is made.
• Tournament fee: F17 may cancel a member’s participation until full settlement is made.

4

Missed and Cancelled Training

For packages beginning or renewed on or after 1 October 2026: a parent may submit a make-up eligibility request when a player cannot attend a normal scheduled session because of sickness or a medical reason, an overseas or family holiday, a school commitment, a family or personal commitment, or another explained reason. The affected session must be selected in MyF17 and relevant supporting evidence must be provided.

Submitting a request does not create an automatic make-up credit, replacement class, refund or renewal deduction. An Administrator or Super Administrator reviews every request individually and may approve or decline it. Approval creates one make-up credit for that player and affected session. The family may then request a suitable available class in the player’s current programme; that class remains unconfirmed until separately approved by Administration and is subject to capacity, timing and package validity. An unused approved entitlement expires with the current package.

A make-up credit is created in only two ways: (1) the Head Coach marks a complete scheduled training session as Cancelled Training, or (2) an Administrator or Super Administrator approves an individual player absence request. Administrators and Super Administrators use No Training only for planned closures or non-training dates. No Training never creates a make-up credit.

This case-by-case process applies to every programme and frequency, including Development 2× weekly and Youth 1× weekly. It does not guarantee replacement of every missed session and does not change the number of sessions included in the Player’s package.

When the Head Coach cancels a complete scheduled training session, one make-up credit is issued only to each affected player who was Active, had valid package coverage and was assigned to that exact training schedule on the cancellation date. Inactive, Pending, Paused, expired or unassigned players do not receive the credit. A session that proceeds, including an adjusted wet-weather or sheltered session, remains a valid session and does not qualify for replacement or credit. A designated public holiday or another planned No Training day is not a cancellation and does not generate a credit.

Packages purchased before 1 October 2026 remain governed by the conditions applicable when they were purchased. These rules apply when the player begins or renews a package on or after 1 October 2026.

5

Weather Policy

Training will take place as scheduled. Players should arrive in trainers and bring football boots.

Poor weather and lightning

Field training will stop when a lightning alert is active, in accordance with the venue’s policy and applicable safety requirements. Coaches will use the venue’s available wet-weather or sheltered programme. When a wet-weather session proceeds, the session remains valid and does not qualify for replacement or credit. If the Head Coach marks the complete scheduled session as Cancelled Training, eligible affected players receive one make-up credit under Section 4.

Haze

PSI information is monitored through Singapore’s official haze portal. If PSI is 51–100, training pace may be reduced and more water breaks given. If PSI is 101 or above, training may be suspended, moved indoors or otherwise adjusted based on the on-ground decision. The reading used is the hour when training begins.

Force majeure

Circumstances beyond a party’s reasonable control that delay, interrupt or prevent an event or activity may be treated as force majeure. These may include breach of the peace, epidemic, flood, fire, explosion, rain, lightning, storm, sabotage, power failure not caused by either party, acts of God, strikes, picketing, lock-outs and acts of government authority. Where an activity is cancelled due to force majeure, F17 will not be in default and members will not be entitled to a refund, damages or other recourse, to the extent permitted by law. If the Head Coach records the complete scheduled session as Cancelled Training, the make-up credit rule in Section 4 applies; a planned No Training day does not create a credit.

6

Insurance Coverage

For injuries sustained during F17 training or match days, the supplied policy allows claims of up to S$450 in reimbursement, subject to a S$50 excess borne by the member.

The injury must be reported to the academy immediately and medical attention must be sought within 24 hours. All claims remain subject to the insurer’s policy terms, evidence requirements, exclusions and approval.

7

Personal Belongings

F17 is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings at training centres or match venues. Players and families are responsible for safeguarding their belongings and waive claims against F17 for loss or damage to personal property, to the extent permitted by law.

8

Participation, Injury and Medical Conditions

Players should arrive on time, wear suitable sports attire and footwear, and bring the equipment, hydration and protective items stated by F17 for the session. The booking, schedule or receipt email may provide the complete venue address and arrival instructions. Families are responsible for checking the latest confirmed location and notifying F17 promptly if the player cannot attend.

If a member is unfit for training due to injury or a medical condition, F17 may require a doctor’s letter, medical certificate or other supporting evidence. A parent may submit a make-up eligibility request under Section 4, but submission does not guarantee approval, a credit or a replacement place. F17 reserves the right to decide when the player may safely return to training.

9

Public Holidays

No training is scheduled or conducted across F17 centres on designated Singapore public holidays unless F17 announces otherwise. Public holidays are designated non-training days and are not treated as cancelled sessions. No replacement session, make-up training, training credit, account credit or refund is provided when a player’s usual training day falls on a public holiday. This applies to all F17 programmes, packages and weekly frequencies.

10

Taking a Break, Withdrawal and Rejoining

Pause Training from 1 October 2026: An eligible active package may be paused only by complete future calendar months and only after F17 approval. Requests submitted by the 23rd may start the following month; requests from the 24th onward may start the month after next. The current month cannot be paused, refunded or converted into credit. During an approved pause, training attendance and make-up requests are unavailable, and the package expiry is extended by the approved number of paused months. No deposit is required when unused active-package coverage is being paused.

S$50 protected-break deposit: If the current package will expire before the player’s selected return month, the parent may request a protected break and pay an S$50 deposit. The expected return month must be provided. Once payment is confirmed, the deposit is valid for 12 months from the payment date. If the player returns within that validity period, the S$50 is credited toward one eligible programme renewal and the normal S$50 reactivation fee is waived. The deposit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable and may be used only once. It does not guarantee the same programme, venue, schedule or team placement, all of which remain subject to availability.

Expired protected-break deposit: If the player does not return and complete an eligible renewal within the 12-month validity period, the deposit expires and cannot be credited, refunded or extended unless F17 approves an exception in writing.

Withdrawal: A parent may submit a withdrawal request without a fee. The player remains Active until F17 administration approves it. Approval releases the place and permanently waives the normal 5% late fee and S$50 reactivation fee on a future return. A rejected request leaves the membership active. Future placement remains subject to availability.

Return after approved withdrawal: No penalty fee applies. The selected programme package, unpaid current-year insurance and other outstanding balances remain payable.

If a child is absent for three consecutive months without notification, the child may be treated as withdrawn and the slot forfeited. F17 may request further verification where a previous record match is uncertain.

11

Parent Portal Access

After the membership signup payment is confirmed and the player’s membership is activated, F17 will create or activate a parent or guardian portal account for each valid parent email address supplied during signup. New account holders receive a secure password-creation link. F17 does not send plain-text passwords by email.

The F17 Member Portal may provide access to the following features, depending on the player’s programme, role, records and current portal availability:

• Linked child profiles and membership information.
• Programme name, training day, training time, location and venue details.
• Current package type, package expiration date and online package renewal options.
• Invoices, outstanding balances, payment status and payment records.
• F17 cancellation replacement sessions, eligible account credits and exceptional medical-absence requests.
• Teams, leagues, competitions, overseas trips and related participation records.
• Jersey, kit and required-document information.
• Announcements, reminders and portal notifications.

If all linked players are Inactive but eligible to renew, a valid parent login opens renewal-only access. The reactivation prompt shows package selection, any applicable 5% late fee or S$50 reactivation fee, unpaid insurance and other outstanding balances. An approved withdrawal removes both penalty fees.

Separate Koach App: The Koach App is not part of the F17 Member Portal. Development Programme players may receive separate Koach App access for Individual Action Plans, coach feedback, performance assessments and development reviews. An existing player changing into Development is charged the one-time S$100 Koach App fee if it has not previously been paid. Koach access, credentials, availability and records are managed separately from the F17 Member Portal.

Where two different valid parent email addresses are supplied, separate parent accounts may be linked to the same player. Portal accounts are personal and must not be shared with unauthorised persons. Account holders are responsible for protecting their login credentials, maintaining an accurate email address and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Portal information is provided for convenient access to academy records. F17 may correct records, change or withdraw features, perform maintenance, suspend access or require further verification where reasonably necessary. Official F17 communications, invoices, coach instructions and academy decisions take priority if portal information is incomplete, delayed or inconsistent.

12

F17 Store and Orders

The F17 Store and My Orders are family-account services in the Parent Portal. A parent may order eligible items for a linked child, review payment status and view collection progress. Product images, colours and appearance are illustrative; availability, sizing and final fit remain subject to stock and staff confirmation.

An order is not prepared or released for collection until its required payment is successfully confirmed, unless F17 expressly approves another arrangement. Paid orders are recorded in received payments under the appropriate store category. Collection instructions, location and readiness status shown in the portal or confirmation email apply to that order. Store purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by F17 for a defective or incorrect item.

13

F17 Football Birthday Parties

Birthday-party requests are submitted through the public Birthday Parties page. A submitted request is an enquiry only and does not reserve a coach, date or time. The booking becomes confirmed only after F17 verifies coach availability, event details, venue suitability and the final amount, and sends written confirmation. No payment should be made until F17 issues the applicable payment instructions.

Standard Package — S$100: one coach-led hour comprising a warm-up, football drills and a match for a maximum of 12 participants. Deluxe Package — S$350: the Standard activities, 15 birthday certificates and balloon decoration. An additional coach costs S$100 per hour and is required for 13–24 participants. Extra birthday certificates cost S$3.50 each. F17 does not accept more than 24 participants through the standard online booking form.

An active F17 member receives 10% off the selected Standard or Deluxe package when the registered parent email and linked active player are successfully verified. The discount does not apply to an additional coach, extra certificates, venue hire or another add-on and cannot be combined with another offer unless F17 expressly confirms otherwise.

Venue hire is not included. The parent or organiser is responsible for securing the venue, obtaining any required permission, providing the complete address and ensuring that the space is lawful, accessible and reasonably suitable for the booked activity. F17 may decline or propose changes where the venue, weather, participant age range, group size or other circumstances make the planned session unsuitable or unsafe.

The organiser must provide accurate participant and contact information, disclose relevant safety or medical considerations directly to F17, ensure appropriate clothing, footwear, hydration and supervision outside the coach-led activity, and follow coach and venue safety instructions. Football and physical activity involve ordinary risks of falls, contact and injury. F17 does not guarantee an injury-free event and is not responsible for loss or injury except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, postponements and cancellations are subject to coach and venue availability and the specific instructions in the confirmation email. Confirmed payments are non-refundable unless required by law or F17 expressly approves a refund or credit. If F17 cannot provide a confirmed event, F17 will communicate the available rescheduling, credit or refund arrangement.

14

Email, Portal and Push Notifications

For reliable alerts, Android families should open the portal in Chrome, use the Install button or Chrome menu, then open the installed app and allow notifications. On iPhone, open the portal in Safari, choose Share and Add to Home Screen, then allow notifications when requested.

F17 may send transactional emails, portal notices and push notifications about bookings, payments, receipts, renewals, attendance, make-up requests, store orders, birthday parties, programme changes, breaks, withdrawals and other account activity. Delivery depends on the email address, device permissions, browser settings and third-party delivery services.

Families remain responsible for checking the portal, maintaining current contact details and contacting F17 if an expected receipt or confirmation is not received.

15

Venue Parking and Arrival

F17 may publish or communicate the normal parking arrangement for a training venue as a convenience to families. F17 does not provide live parking availability, real-time occupancy, vacant-space counts or current parking-status data and does not guarantee that a parking space will be available on arrival.

Dunman Secondary School

School parking is generally unavailable to parents. Drop-off and pick-up are allowed subject to the school's and road authorities' rules. Parents or guardians remaining for training should use nearby HDB or other lawful public car parks.

SAFRA Tampines

Paid parking is normally available inside SAFRA under the venue/operator's arrangements. Parking can become busy during evenings, weekends and events. Families are encouraged to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early and should not rely on F17 for current space availability.

Charis Turf

Free open-air parking is normally available within the compound, but spaces are limited and may fill during weekend training or other busy periods. Families should use nearby lawful paid parking when the compound is full.

Parking facilities, charges, access rules, operating conditions and capacity are controlled by the relevant venue, building management, car-park operator or authority and may change without notice to F17. Families remain responsible for parking lawfully, allowing enough arrival time and following all on-site instructions. F17 is not responsible for parking fines, vehicle loss or damage, or delays caused by parking availability, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

16

Team, League and Kit Requirements

Team assignment and participation

Programme enrolment does not guarantee assignment to a particular team, coach, league, division, jersey number, match or competition. F17 may create, combine, rename, reassign or withdraw teams and may move a player between teams or schedules where reasonably required for player development, ability, availability, safety, competition rules, coach assessment, roster balance or operational needs.

A player may be shown as Active or Standby on a team roster. Team and league participation remains subject to eligibility, attendance, conduct, required documents, payment, registration deadlines, organiser approval and available places. A player’s normal training membership and a separate team or league selection are not the same entitlement.

Documents and parent agreements

For a selected team, league, tournament or related event, F17 may require a MyFAS profile, IC, FIN or passport copy, player photograph, Code of Conduct, consent form, memorandum of understanding, medical information or another document reasonably required by F17, the organiser, venue, insurer or governing body. Families should provide identification documents only when F17 has requested them for a stated operational, competition, safety, insurance or legal purpose.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, current, legible and authorised for use. F17 may mark a requirement as Required, Uploaded, On Record, Submitted, Approved or Rejected and may request correction, replacement or further evidence. Submission alone does not mean that a document or registration has been approved.

Electronic signatures

Where the Parent Portal allows electronic signing, entering the parent or guardian’s full legal name and confirming the displayed consent is intended to act as that person’s electronic signature. By submitting it, the signer confirms that they are authorised to act for the named player, have reviewed the relevant PDF or agreement and agree to be bound by it.

F17 may record the signer’s name, account, player, date and time, document version, approval status and a security record associated with the submission. An administrator may approve or reject the submission. A rejected signature must be corrected and resubmitted when requested. Approved signature records and certificates may be retained and downloaded for academy, organiser, insurance, legal or submission purposes.

League, tournament and kit payments

League, tournament, event and team-kit charges may be issued separately from normal training fees. The amount, due date and selected players are shown on the relevant invoice or team requirement. Payment is confirmed only after the portal records a successful or administratively verified payment. An unpaid, failed, abandoned or partially paid transaction does not complete the requirement.

F17 may withhold registration, match participation, kit preparation or kit release while a required amount or document remains outstanding. A player who is later removed or withdrawn from a team is not automatically entitled to a refund of a fee already committed, paid to an organiser, used to order a personalised item or otherwise made non-recoverable. Any cancellation, credit, waiver or refund remains subject to the stated event terms, supplier or organiser rules, applicable law and F17 approval.

Jersey details and kit collection

Team colours, jersey numbers and kit sizes shown in the portal are operational records and may change before final issue. Jersey numbers must be available within the team and are not guaranteed across different teams, seasons or competitions. Submitted sizes remain subject to physical fit, supplier sizing, personalisation and stock availability.

When a kit is ready, F17 may mark it as Ready to Collect. After physical handover, an assigned coach or authorised administrator may mark the kit as Collected and the parent may receive a portal or push notification. The collection record identifies the player and time of confirmation. A family should report an incorrect collection record, item, size or personalisation to F17 promptly so it can be reviewed.

Portal status and notices

The Parent Portal provides a convenience summary of team assignment, coach, league, jersey, kit, payment and agreement progress. Families remain responsible for reviewing official F17 messages, invoices, PDFs, deadlines and organiser requirements. If the portal status appears incorrect or incomplete, the family should contact F17 before relying on it for attendance, registration, travel or competition participation.

Identification, photographs, signatures and team documents are handled in accordance with the F17 Privacy Policy. Access is limited according to role and operational need, and certain records may be retained for accounting, safeguarding, insurance, competition, legal or dispute purposes.

General Legal Terms

Changes to these terms

F17 may amend these terms to reflect changes in programmes, fees, venues, technology, safety requirements, insurer or organiser rules, or applicable law. The effective date and version displayed at the top identify the applicable published terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid package will be communicated through reasonable channels and will ordinarily apply prospectively, except where an immediate change is reasonably required for safety, security, law or venue compliance.

Suspension and termination

F17 may refuse, suspend or terminate participation where reasonably necessary because of unsafe conduct, serious or repeated rule breaches, non-payment, abuse of staff or participants, false information, safeguarding concerns, venue requirements or material disruption. Where appropriate, F17 will explain the reason and any effect on the account, package or future participation.

Communications and complaints

Questions, complaints or requests concerning these terms should first be sent through the MyF17 Parent Inquiry service or emailed to f17academy@mad-success.com. Please include the Player’s name, relevant reference number and a clear description of the issue. F17 will review the matter and may request supporting information.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the relationship between you and F17 are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer remedy, mediation process or tribunal right available under applicable law.

Entire agreement, severability and waiver

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout or invoice, and any specific written service or promotion terms form the agreement for the relevant transaction. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure by F17 to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

Third-party rights

Except for F17’s directors, officers, employees, coaches, trainers, contractors, agents, volunteers and representatives where a provision expressly benefits them, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
